Tweet a carol at Toronto Pearson Airport

Imagine flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport to visit family and friends over the Christmas Holidays and being greeted by carollers singing a carol specifically for you as you arrive. This is what Tweet a Carol program is all about.

Between December 15th and 24th, you can tweet the name of the person arriving or departing on domestic flights in Toronto, their flight number and date of travel – e.g. “Hi @torontopearson please sing to Margaret A as she lands/departs, AC 123 on Dec 17.”

While not everybody can possibly get a carol sung to them due to the many number of requests, the team at Toronto Pearson will do their best to accommodate your request.

You can send your tweet at any time however carolling will take place between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. from December 15th to 23rd and from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on December 24th.

What a fun idea! Alas, there were no carolers at the island airport today :(

It’s only at Toronto Pearson, not the Island Airport.
