FEY Cosmetics Review: A Canadian Organic Skincare Line
In the last little while, I’ve been checking out many skincare products. It seems like the perfect time, since winter is when my skin really shows the effects of aging. So when I was approached by FEY Cosmetics, an organic and glycol-free skincare line from Montreal, Canada, I was interested.
Whereas some of my other recent skincare reviews have focused on affordability for daily routine skincare products, this one focuses on the quality of the product and key ingredient – hyaluronic acid.
As with any skincare review, I note that everybody has different skincare product needs. And the results will vary based on your skin.
So it’s best to try it out yourself, and luckily FEY Cosmetics have travel-sized versions that are perfect for this.

What Differentiates FEY Cosmetics From Others?
FEY Cosmetics focuses on the use of natural and organic ingredients. It’s also glycol-free, in line with the founder’s, Marie France Sabini’s eco-friendly lifestyle.
According to FEY Cosmetics:
“We have designed a new generation of skincare formulas that intelligently combine high and low molecular weight fragments of hyaluronic acid, which effectively complement other vital ingredients. All this without any artificial preservatives or additives. “
Marie France was introduced to the benefits of hyaluronic acid through Dr. Felix Polyak Ph.D. , an internationally recognized expert in this field. Since then, she launched FEY Cosmetics with an initial lineup including:
ACQUA – a serum for ultimate skin moisturizing
TONUS – a gel for hydration and toning of the skin
ÉCLAT – a skincare product that deeply nourishes the skin
FUSION – a product that quickly repairs and regenerates damaged skin
Why is hyaluronic acid so important an ingredient in anti-aging products? According to FEY Cosmetics, It’s a natural biopolymer, found in our connective, epithelial and neural tissues.
Its role on our skin is to help moisturize our skin and support the normal functions of our skin cells, which in turn produce skin proteins, collagen and elastin.
As we age, hyaluronic acid reduces, leaving us with dry, sagging skin.

FEY Cosmetics FUSION Review S
Travel Size: 15 ml, Full Size: 30 ml
I used FEY Cosmetics Fusion Regenerating Serum during the first week. I found it great for our cold Canadian climate that wreaks havoc on my skin, making it dry. It uses hyaluronic acid, and organic/natural ingredients (Sea Kelp, Tamanu oil, and a vitamin/amino acid complex) to regenerate and repair damaged skin.
As per the instructions, I put it on the evening, after a light exfoliation on wet skin (using lukewarm water). My skin pores were nice and open, letting FUSION quickly do it’s job, soothing my skin. You require only about 2 or 3 small squirts to gently blend it into the skin with circular movements.
I found after about a week, my skin was feeling a bit smoother and looked healthier. The scent is nice and not overpowering. You can use this one in the day time paired with a light moisturizer.
FEY Cosmetics ÉCLAT Review
Travel Size: 15 ml, Full Size: 30 ml
The FEY Cosmetics ÉCLAT Nourishing Serum is all about making you look younger. Well, when I looked in the mirror after two weeks of using it, I did feel like my skin looked more youthful. Add a smile and a touch of makeup, and I would probably pass for 38 years old. YEAH!
But seriously, I really like this serum gel. Not only does it have a pleasing scent, but it does work on my skin.
Again, like FUSION, it has a formula of different sized hyaluronic acid fragments. It includes Baobab oil, Green Tea extract and a vitamin/amino acid complex.
Like with FUSION, I applied it to wet skin. It can be used with a moisturizer, but I found it hydrating enough that I didn’t need one. I don’t like to have an overly greasy face.
Would I Buy FEY Cosmetics Again?
I would certainly purchase both. They each have properties that help reduce my fine lines, even out my skin tone and smoothness.
FEY Cosmetics products are more expensive, as they do use premium products and are well-formulated to work. I would add them to my regular weekly skincare regime, to give my skin a little boost of extra goodness.
