Visit Kentucky: Bourbon Country

It’s not often that I get to visit Kentucky… but when I do, I do it well!

Jim Beam is one of my client’s brands. I handle public relations for Beam Suntory in Canada and am lucky to have an opportunity to work with some amazing brands, including this delicious-tasting bourbon. I recently had an opportunity to visit Kentucky and escort five Canadian alcohol beverage and travel writers to explore bourbon in this state, with a particular focus on award-winning Jim Beam and Knob Creek brands.

I will leave the article writing to them, but here are some key highlights via photos that may inspire you to check out the bourbon trail, the landscapes, Louisville and the amazing cultural scene in Kentucky.

I like Jim Beam a lot when I’m in the mood. Play some George Thorogood to help it down. Still have never made it to Kentucky.
